I'm pretty sure every girl who was between the ages of 10 and 50 watched Gilmore Girls. Younger fans could relate to the subtle drama of Rory's life, and moms wanted to relate to Lorelei's mother-sister type of relationship with Rory. Plus, we could all relate to how Rory and Lorelei fell in love with different guys throughout the seasons because we fell in love with them at about the same time. From Dean to Tristan and back to Dean...then who could deny bad-boy Jess and finally, Logan. Of course, the only guy we cared about with Lorelei was Luke because they were meant to be with each other. Rory's life was the one we always dreamed of having...growing up in sleepy Stars Hallow, where all the neighbors know everything about one another, a sisterly mother-daughter bond, financially supportive grandparents and multiple guys who were in love with her. I also wouldn't mind attending Yale.
That being said, Gilmore Girls is undoubtedly one of my favorite TV shows of all time. I love spending a girls day with my friends, kicking out junk food and watching the show. Plus, the theme song was hands-down one of the best theme songs on a show ever. Gilmore Girls for life!
